Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns and refunds are applicable only in cases of quality issues or if the package is damaged upon delivery. If the customer does not like our atta, they may return it at their own cost.
- If Refund will be approved then it will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days
Return: - You can Return the products within 1-5 days
- You can cancel the products within 1-6 days
- Shipping: All products are delivered within 1-10 days and all the damaged products are delivered within 1-5 days

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@shaeer.in or calling 7400063631.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product along with the order details.
- Once verified, we will issue a store credit as per our discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
